Refund Policy
Huling na-update: 6 October 2026
Ang maikling bersyon
- 60 araw libre muna. Subukan mo bago ka magbayad kahit piso.
- Walang awtomatikong kaltas. Bawat โฑ199 ay sinadya mong bayaran.
- Nagbayad ka pero hindi mo nagamit? Sabihin mo sa amin within 7 araw โ ibabalik namin.
- Doble ang bayad mo, o mali ang halaga? Ibabalik namin. Palagi.
- Hindi namin hawak ang bayad mo sa supplier o sa suki mo โ hindi 'yon dumadaan sa amin.
1. What this covers
This policy covers the โฑ199 subscription you pay to TindahanAI.
It does not cover money between you and anyone else. Payments to your suppliers, and payments from your sukis, never pass through TindahanAI โ they move directly between your accounts. We cannot reverse, refund, or recover them. If an order goes wrong, that is between you and the other party, and our Terms of Service explain why.
2. Why refunds should be rare
Two things are designed to make paying for something you do not want unlikely:
60 days free first. Every new account gets two full months before any payment. Accounts on an earlier Early Access offer keep the longer term they were promised.
No automatic charges. There is no card on file and no standing deduction from your GCash. Every โฑ199 is a payment you chose to send. Nobody is charged by surprise, because nobody is charged without acting.
3. When we refund
3.1 Always โ no questions
- Duplicate payment. You sent โฑ199 twice for the same period.
- Wrong amount. You sent more than โฑ199. We refund the excess, or credit it to your next period โ your choice.
- Our error. We took a payment we should not have, or failed to apply one you made.
- Extended service outage. If the service is unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours through our fault, we refund or extend that period pro-rata, whichever you prefer.
3.2 On request, within 7 days
If you paid for a period and have not meaningfully used it, tell us within 7 days of the payment and we will refund it in full.
"Meaningfully used" means you have not created orders, sent supplier orders, or run AI queries in that period. Opening the app and looking around does not count against you.
3.3 Case by case
Serious circumstances โ illness, the store closing, a family emergency. Write to us. We would rather hear from you than have you quietly stop paying. We will do what is fair.
4. When we do not refund
- Periods already used. You used the month; the month was provided.
- More than 7 days after payment, unless Section 3.1 or 3.3 applies.
- Partial periods on cancellation. Stopping mid-period is not a refund event โ see Section 6.
- Money you sent to a supplier or received from a suki. That never reached us.
5. Getting a refund
Email hoy@tindahanai.com with the subject "Refund", and include:
- your store name or account email
- the GCash reference number of the payment
- what happened
Then:
- We reply within 2 working days.
- We decide within 5 working days.
- Approved refunds are sent to the GCash number the payment came from, within 7 working days.
- Refunds go back the way they came. We do not refund to a different account.
If we decline, we will tell you why in plain terms, and you may ask us to look again.
6. Stopping, versus refunding
These are different, and the difference matters.
Stopping means you do not renew. You keep everything you paid for until the period ends โ we do not cut a period short โ and the account then lapses. There is no fee and no notice period. This is not a refund, because you received what you paid for.
Refunding means returning money for a period you did not receive the benefit of. That is what Sections 3.1โ3.3 cover.
7. Your data after you stop
A lapsed account can still read and export everything in it โ inventory, sales history, suki list, utang records โ for as long as we hold the data. Refund or no refund, we do not lock you out of your own books.
Retention periods are set out in Section 8 of our Privacy Policy.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (RA 7394) or any other Philippine law. Where this policy gives you less than the law does, the law applies.
You may also raise a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry โ dti.gov.ph ยท 1-384 (DTI Consumer Care).
9. Changes
Changes will be posted here with a new date, and will apply to payments made after that date โ never retroactively to a payment you have already sent.
